PRONTO Virtual Transit Passes

大发 students are eligible for a discounted San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) student regional transit pass.  Discounted transit passes must be purchased online through student's . Once purchased, students will receive an email from Parking and Commuter Services with more information about how to access their virtual transit pass through the mobile app PRONTO. It may take up to twenty-hour (24) hours to receive this email during normal business hours. 

Semester Transit passes are valid for the full semester for which they are purchased.  Dates and prices vary by semester (see current semester price below).

Monthly passes are only valid for the calendar month for which it is purchased for.  Passes go on sale the 25th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month you would like to use the pass.  For example, October passes are on sale from September 25th to October 15th but the transit pass would only be valid for the calendar month of October 1st to October 31st.

Monthly and Semester Transit Passes purchased outside of regular business hours will not be accessible until the next business day.

PRONTO - MTS Mobile App

The MTS PRONTO mobile app allows users to access their transit pass virtually.  The app can be downloaded on both Android and IOS devices through the App Store.

Youth Opportunity Pass

Students 18 or under can ride all public transportation in San Diego County for free with
a PRONTO ! That means unlimited rides on the bus, trolley, COASTER,
SPRINTER, and BREEZE!

Breeze Bus stops throughout campus

Take the SPRINTER to 大发 SPRINTER station and take the Breeze bus to 大发 Craven Circle.
