General Fund Tenure-track Faculty: Primary Stations
General Fund departments eligible to receive a hardware allocation and annual support
allocation from campus for each staff member's primary computer station. Hardware
allocation is applied at time of posted scheduled refresh. Department will be responsible
for any hardware cost that exceeds the campus allocation for upgraded configuration
selections at the time of both install and refresh. Hardware cost due as a one-time
charge in FY deployed.
Tenure-track faculty systems will recieve an additional allocation from IITS to allow
them to select an upgraded cofiguration and/or monitor selection. Colleges will not
be charged back for primary tenure-track faculty systems for the standard options
offered below.

No hardware or support allocation is applied for non-eligible stations. Departments
and colleges are responsible for annual support and the full cost of hardware at the
time of both install and refresh. Hardware cost due as a one-time charge in FY deployed.
FY2122 Pricing (2/17/22 through 07/31/22 due to delays)
Vendor pricing for hardware is subject to change +/-3%. Hardware pricing detail available for inspection upon request by contacting TRP. IITS will honor agreements under the previous billing schedules until refresh. At the time of scheduled refresh, all Refresh 26 computers and earlier will convert to the current billing schedule
posted.
Annual support fee includes configuration and installation of a new system, campus software complement,
a connection to an existing network jack or wireless AP and Help Desk support.
**Lecturer Stations: Upon request, IITS will deploy a used PC Desktop computer from our Recycled Computer
Program for shared lecturer spaces (no dedicated lecturer use desktops or laptops
available). These systems include support and are free of charge to the college.
