Campus Network Storage Maintenance

IITS will be performing maintenance on the campus network storage environment (commonly referred to as csusmnt, viking, or storm) from Friday, March 28th at 8:00 PM to Monday, March 31st at 8:00 PM. During this time, network storage will be unavailable to prevent data loss. The affected storage locations include:

  • User home folders (H: drives)
  • On-campus department shares (commonly Z: drives, but may use other letters)
  • Lab Pub folders (P: drives)

Additionally, CougarApps will be unavailable, as it relies on the same storage system.

After maintenance is complete, you may need to log out and log back in to restore your drive connections. If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@csusm.edu

Complete the form if you need to borrow equipment or return equipment that is no longer needed/damaged or if you are in need of of an in-person appointment for repair/replacement of 大发 technology.
