Proposal Submission

Proposal Authorization

Proposals for external support through 大发 must be submitted through Grants and Contracts Development. 大发 Corporation will be the legal applicant.  Grants and Contracts Development staff, on behalf of 大发 Corporation, ensures compliance with applicable government regulations, CSU policies, and sponsor guidelines regarding proposal submission. This applies to the following mechanisms: grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, subawards, letters of intent, and, where deemed appropriate for post-award administration, private funding gifts with oversight requirements. 

The Cayuse Proposal Form captures signatories for approval. We expect that a final budget be ready 10 business in advance of the deadline to ensure the authorization process can be completed prior to submission. 

Proposal Assembly and Submission

Proposal assembly and submission is coordinated through Grants and Contracts Development through grants.gov, Research.gov, NSPIRES, or another submission platform.
