[TELEPHONE SYSTEM] Outbound Calling Currently Down

Outbound calling was switched to a different provider shortly after 3pm and service was restored. A trouble ticket has been submitted to our main service provider. The service interruption affected extensions connected to either of the two campus phone systems.  Teams calling was unaffected by the issue. 
 
This is the final posting for this incident unless events dictate otherwise.

The campus phone system is currently experiencing an outage affecting outbound calling. This is impacting multiple systems and we are investigating carrier problems with our service provider.  Technicians are troubleshooting and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
