Voicemail System Service Outage

Voicemail services have been restored. The campus phone system is operating normally as of 6:45pm.

On-campus voicemail servers are currently down. Users are not able to access voicemails and voicemail trees from Pointspan (old system) and MX-One (newer system).
MiCC call tress and Teams Phones continue to operate normally.
We are troubleshooting the issue and will provide more information as it becomes available.
