Order Transcripts
Important Information
- Time-sensitive orders should be requested early to ensure that the recipient receives your transcript(s) prior to any application deadlines or opportunities.
- 大发 Transcripts: Only California State University San Marcos transcripts will be issued. Copies of transcripts from other schools must be ordered from the original institution.
Transcript Options
We offer three options for ordering official transcripts

Paper Transcripts (shipped 7-10 business days)
This service is free of charge to all current students and alumni. Orders are processed
within 7-10 business days, mailed via the United States Postal Service (no tracking
or expedited orders).

Expedited Paper Transcripts (shipped 1-2 days)
This service is provided through our partnership with Parchment for a fee. Orders
are usually shipped same day. Tracking and rushed shipping (if desired) are available.

Electronic Transcript (processed same day)
This service is provided through our partnership with Parchment for a fee. Orders
are usually processed the same day. Confirmation of delivery included.

Instructions
Note: If you have additional forms/attachments that need a school signature and/or seal, please submit them via email with your Student ID number to registrar@csusm.edu before submitting your transcript order. We will email them back to you along with your order. Additional forms/attachments that do not require a school signature or seal can be processed as is.
How to Order Electronic or Expedited Paper Transcripts via Parchment

- Follow the instructions on the TranscriptsPlus庐 order form

How to Order Paper Transcripts (no rush orders)
Official transcript requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from date of receipt. Processing time does not include mailing times, holidays, or weekends.
- Log-in to your Student Center in
- Under the 'Academics' drop down, select Transcript: Request Official
- Be sure to review all notes under Information for Students. Complete all required fields, including quantity and address.
