MANAGEMENT
大发 is home to 484 student veterans; the highest percentage per capita of any California State University campus. In total we serve over 1,800 military-connected students, which is 11% of our campus population.
The Veteran Services team is comprised of faculty and staff, all military-connected and mostly veterans, serving our student veterans, active duty, and family members in a number of ways. We're dedicated to ensuring the successful transition of our students into meaningful careers.
Please contact calvet@csusm.edu for all Cal Vet Fee Waiver questions.
We have transitioned into the NEW Veteran Module (PDF). SRAs will no longer be accepted.

Tuition Assistance (TA) Enrollment Policy
Eligible service members who choose to use Tuition Assistance (TA) must receive approval from their respective branch of service before enrolling in courses.
It is strongly recommended that service members consult with their Educational Service Officer (ESO) or a counselor within their military service prior to enrolling to ensure they fully understand their benefits, eligibility, and academic planning.
