Anthropology	Medical Anthropology	BA	Focus on the study of medical systems, health care systems, access to and utilization of health care, medicinal concepts and practices, ethno botany, and forms of diagnosis, prognosis, illness causation, and disease etiologies. Advanced students conduct field research and internships in the context of community-based research projects, health care settings, and internships.
Applied Physics	Applied Electronics	BS	Develop a fundamental background in physics and gain hands-on experience in electronic design and application.

Communication	General	BA	Provides a comprehensive knowledge of the nature of communication, its varied forms and uses, and its multiple social, cultural, and cognitive effects. Prepares students for careers in community relations, government, public affairs, international trade, conflict mediation, advertising, teaching and law.
Computer Science	General	BS	Conduct problem solving on computers through the study of embedded real-time systems, networks, intelligent systems, mobile computing and bio informatics.
Criminology and Justice Studies	General	BA	Study the intellectual traditions of sociology and critical criminology to understand the social correlates of crime and justice. Prepares students for careers in the areas of social justice, administration of justice, and criminal justice systems.
Economics	General	BA	Focus on the systematic study of the production, conservation and allocation of resources in conditions of scarcity, together with the organizational frameworks related to these prcoesses. Prepares students for a career in education, journalism, accounting, government, financial services, business, banking, and more.
History	General	BA	Focus on coursework in a diverse range of geographical fields and time periods, from the classical world to the modern United States. Students will develop, practice, and master historical methods including research, analysis, strategic thinking, writing, and oral presentation.
Liberal Studies	Elementary Subject Matter Preparation	BA	Designed for students who plan to complete their Bachelor degree first and then complete a credential program. Prepares students for a career in teaching K-8 elementary school, middle school, and all levels of special education.
Literature and Writing Studies	Literature and Writing Studies – General	BA	Literature and cultural artifacts are studied as reflections and expressions of the cultures that value them. Gain experience in writing expository prose, fiction, poetry, and intensive work on practical criticism and rhetorical theory.
Media Studies	General	BA	Theoretically-focused and application based frameworks to understand media, media technology, and its influence upon domestic and global culture and society. Prepares students for careers in communication, media technology interface, social networking, advertising, marketing, promotions and public relations.
Mathematics	General	BS	Develop the ability to explore, conjecture, and reason, as well as solve a variety of problems. Students can pursue a career in the teaching of mathematics at the K-12 level or college level.
Political Science	General	BS	Focus on the fundamental issues confronting modern society: war, inequality, civil liberties and civil and human rights, poverty and development, the environment and seeks to evaluate the processes, policies, relationships, and theories that have been devised to deal with them.

Spanish	Language and Culture	BA	Strong emphasis on the history and analysis of the literatures of Spain, Latin America, and the Spanish-speaking United States, as well as on literary genre and theory. Designed for further study of literature in Spanish at the graduate level, or of literary theory or comparative literature.
Spanish	Literature	BA	Interdisciplinary emphasis on cultural, political, and social elements of Spanish and Spanish-America, and U.S. Latino Life.
Spanish	Spanish for Professions	BA	Focus on practical applications of the language based on fieldwork experience and apprenticeship. This track is designed to integrate with professional majors.
Visual and Performing Arts	Arts and Technology	BA	Designed for students who wish to work with digital arts, multimedia, video, and/or web design. This interdisciplinary track emphasizes various digital media including music, video and the visual arts.
Visual and Performing Arts	Music	BA	Provides course offerings in theory, composition, music technology, performance and survey courses of diverse musical cultures. Music track students are encouraged to explore their own creativity and musical voice.
Visual and Performing Arts	Theatre Arts	BA	Provides courses in acting, theatre production, and research to performance. Survey courses include European, Latin American and American Theatre, with a strong focus on African American and Latino Theatre.
Visual and Performing Arts	Visual Arts	BA	Designed for students who work creatively and innovatively in drawing, painting, and sculpture, as well as with digital media. It allows the student great flexibility in choosing among the program's offerings in both studio and critical/theoretical work.
