Transfer Important Deadlines

Spring Term Admission:

  • August 1 - August 31: Apply to ´ó·¢ at  
  • October 1 - March 2: File your
  • October 15: Initial document deadline - submit all official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance)
  • December 1: Deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll and non-refundable $150 deposit
  • January 15: Deadline to submit final official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance) with summer grades. NOTE: This is not a postmarked deadline. Documents must be received on, or before, this deadline.

Fall Term Admission:

  • If you applied October 1 - December 31, 2024 [Priority Applicants]
    • October 1 - December 31: Apply to ´ó·¢ at  (Please note: Nursing program and Second Bachelor's programs closed on December 2nd).
    • October 1 - March 2: File your 
    • February 15: Initial document deadline - submit all official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance)
    • May 1: Deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll and non-refundable $150 deposit
    • July 15: Deadline to submit final official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance) with spring grades.  NOTE: This is not a postmarked deadline. Documents must be received on, or before, this deadline.
  • If you applied January 1 - February 28, 2025
    • January 1 - February 28: Apply to ´ó·¢ at  (Please note: Nursing program and Second Bachelor's programs closed on December 2nd).

    • October 1 - March 2: File your 
    • April 30:Initial document deadline - submit all official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance)
    • May 1 or within 2 weeks of ‘You’ve been Admitted to ´ó·¢â€™ email: Deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll and non-refundable $150 deposit
    • July 15: Deadline to submit final official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance) with spring grades.  NOTE: This is not a postmarked deadline. Documents must be received on, or before, this deadline.

 

*´ó·¢ does not defer admissions and does not allow for a leave of absence during the first semester. If you are unable to attend ´ó·¢ for the term that you applied to, then you would need to reapply for a future term that you would be able to attend.
