PLAN, PLNB, Learning Mode, Note Number Audit

This audit requires the user to run and download the "Audit: PLAN,PLNB,LrnMd,Note#" query from PeopleSoft - SMO_SEA_CLASSSCHED_PLAN.

The 鈥淧LAN,LrnMd,&Note#鈥 column will show:

  • Good = The PLAN, Learning Mode, and Note Number are matching/correct.
  • CHECK = The PLAN, Learning Mode, and Note Number are NOT matching/correct. See the PSoft Entry Connection Guide to see how to correct these values.
