Auto-Enroll Missing Audit
This audit requires the user to run and download the "Audit: Auto-Enroll Missing"
query from PeopleSoft - SMO_SEA_APRV_TIMES.
- If query shows nothing = no auto-enrollments are missing
- When the query shows a value(s), that is the non-enrollment section that needs to be auto-enrolled from the correct
enrollment section. Go to PSoft and in Maintain Schedule of classes search for the
Enrollment section of the class that is listed. On the Enrollment Ctl tab, add the section number (of the non-enrollment section) to the auto-enroll field to make this correction.
AUTO-ENROLLMENT PARAMETERS:
- Auto-Enrollment is ONLY for Multi-Component Classes
- Auto-Enrollment is always located on the Enrollment component.
- If there is a PSoft error when entering auto-enrollment, make sure the Associate Class
numbers of both the enrollment and non-enrollment sections are the same. Also, ensure
that the component fields are NOT the same (a LEC section cannot enroll into another
LEC section).
