Hours per Week Audit

This audit is to make sure each class is meeting the correct number of hours. It requires the user to run and download the "Audit: Hours per Week" query from PeopleSoft - SMO_SEA_MTG_HRSWK.

The last column in the query will show either:

• Good = The class is meeting the correct number of hours.
• CHECK Multi-MPs/Comp, Hybrids, CS Value =
  • If this class is a single component class with one meeting pattern, then the hours per week need to be changed to the value shown in the 鈥淐orrect Hrs/Wk鈥� column.
    OR
  • If the class has more than one meeting pattern or is a hybrid, add the 鈥淪ched Hrs/Wk鈥� column together for each row to see if the class is meeting the correct number of hours per week, as shown in the 鈥淐orrect Hrs/Wk鈥� column.
    OR
  • If the class is a multi-component class that is using one component to meet all of the instructional hours, add the 鈥淪ched Hrs/Wk鈥� column together for each component row and compare it to the combined/added 鈥淐orrect Hrs/Wk鈥� column together for each component row. If these values are the same, then the class is meeting the correct number of hours.
