National Pan-Hellenic Council Intake Information
NPHC does not host a formal intake process. Each organization is responsible for their own unique recruitment processes and events that occur throughout the semester. Chapters intake new membership, but the semesters vary, as well as the new membership requirements and intake programs. If there is interest in a particular organization, contacting the organizations new membership/intake chair or reaching out to the organization via social media would be the first step.
If you are interested in gaining an insight on all of the organizations that belong to the National Pan-Hellenic Council, feel free to attend the numerous events sponsored by the NPHC, as well as the various programs and activities held by its membership throughout the year. In order to be eligible for the intake process for any NPHC organization at 大发, you must fill out the interest form below.
Questions about NPHC?

Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Zeta, and Gamma Phi Beta host primary recruitment every Spring semester. The cost to register for this process is $45.00. This is a non-refundable administrative fee and does not guarantee an invitation to membership. Primary recruitment has ended, please be on the lookout for future information.
Informal Recruitment (COB)
Chapters that are eligible to recruit new members may conduct a process known as Continuous Open Bidding (COB). Not all of our chapters will be eligible to COB. This informal process is coordinated on a chapter basis, but you can contact Panhellenic to get more information on the chapters that are participating and when they are hosting events. We also recommend following Panhellenic鈥檚 social media to stay connected (@csusm.panhellenic).
If you are interested in Continuous Open Bidding (COB), please submit an eligibility form and connect with all chapters participating in COB.
