Campus Climate at 大发

Campus climate is defined as 鈥淭he current attitudes, behaviors and standards of faculty, staff, administrators and students concerning the level of respect for individual needs, abilities and potential.鈥�鈥�(Susan Rankin, 2008).  

In an effort to ensure 大发 is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students and employees, 大发 is committed to periodically administering a campus climate survey. Results from the survey are analyzed and shared with the campus community through reports posted on this website and at open sessions designed towards maximizing transparency about the results and actions the campus is taking towards improving campus climate. A standing Campus Climate Actioning Workgroup is charged with continually recommending and implementing actions that will contribute to a more positive campus climate overall.
