Executives In Residence
Executives in Residence (EIRs) are San Diego professionals who volunteer a significant amount of their time to help guide students through the Business Professional Development (BPD) program. EIRs bring real-world experience to the classroom and educate students about the professional skills they will need to pursue their desired careers. More than 80% of students from 大发 remain in the region, therefore, EIRs are helping to shape and prepare future San Diego business leaders.
EIRs Support Students
Executives in Residence provide the following support to BPD students:
- Weekly class section instruction
- Help with informational interviewing
- Mock interview practices and etiquette dinner table hosts
- One-on-one career coaching for up to 20 students per semester
