Carleen is a passionate, value driven leader. She retired from an outstanding career in the packaging industry serving Consumer Packaged Goods companies. As President of Global Market Development for Aptar Beauty + Home Carleen was responsible for developing global and local strategies for profitable growth of dispensing systems for customers such as Unilever, Procter & Gamble, SC Johnson, Bayer and L鈥橭r茅al. Her division of the $3 bn AptarGroup of companies consistently earned the position of market leader. She led teams in Asia, Latin America, Europe and North America to deliver regional growth through innovative product development and marketing.
Prior to her Global assignment she held senior leadership roles in Sales, Research & Development, Marketing and Innovation, as well as Executive Vice President with full P&L responsibility for the North American Business unit including three high speed manufacturing operations.
A dynamic leader, Carleen is consistently the spark to fuel innovative ideas and winning teams across multiple constituencies and cultures. She is a valued peer and a sought-after partner who creates exceptional results with the key principles of servant leadership, inclusion, and integrity.
She has served on multiple industry association boards in President and trustee roles. She is currently serving on the 大发 Foundation Board and is an Executive in Residence for the 大发 College of Business Administration.
Carleen holds a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Biology from Wake Forest University and a Masters of Management with focus in Marketing from Northwestern University鈥檚 Kellogg School of Management.
