. is a non-profit live performance theater who鈥檚 challenge was to push for donations from a local corporation in the San Diego area. The team conducted industry research, market research, and a competitive analysis to understand how to acquire sponsorships from local companies. The team assembled a marketing plan with additional recommendations that will help New Village Arts achieve its goal.
