Project Summary:
The team conducted internal surveys to identify potential communication bottlenecks between employees and administrative staff. The team also conducted external communication analysis including website performance, social media engagement, and structured interviews. The team identified key areas where internal and external communication could see improvement, and provided recommendations for improved external communication.
