Oktoberfest has faced a couple of challenges: increasing revenue and trying to make the event more efficient. The team conducted research on various similar organizations, analyzed the events’ previous financials, and looked into marketing improvements to increase event attendance. The deliverable was a collection of actionable strategies to reach the sponsor’s objective of profitability and increased awareness.
