Calsense
Project Summary:
The team performed a cost analysis of potential suppliers and then compared them to determine the most effective and efficient option for . A decision model based on qualitative information was used to determine which option was the best fit. A cost analysis of Calsense鈥檚 manufacturing processes was also performed to create a projection of savings. In choosing between single and multiple sourcing, the team worked closely with a Calsense liaison, sat in on requests for quotation (RFQ) negotiations with our vendor choices, and sought weekly advice from the faculty advisor, Dr. Hedayat Alibeiki.
