MANAGEMENT
Project summary: Rapid Response Housing Solutions (RRHS), formerly known as Friends of La Posada, is a nonprofit organization in the process of a complete rebranding. They鈥檙e switching from a homeless service provider that provides shelter to mainly agricultural migrants and families, to a new service where they are implementing a direct cash transfer program. This cash transfer program allows to provide instant cash relief and emergency assistance to those in immediate crisis, without having to worry losing any supplemental benefits or other assistance programs. The team was tasked with the marketing and rebranding portion of the organization. Provided a compiled matrix table comparing and benchmarking different homeless service providers in North County and the services they offer as primary input to the project. Assisted with the statement, mission, values, and brand messaging. Created a promotion plan detailing different social media platform outreach and how to further attract and retain donors and volunteers. Brainstormed and finalized a new logo and tagline for RRHS, as well as analyzed website to prepare for relaunch. Finally, the team delivered research on sample advertising and merch for the organization.
