�� Extended Learning

Project summary: �� Temecula Extended Learning aims to provide the best programs and certifications, ensuring the most appropriate distribution of staff and resources to meet the needs of the adult learners in the service area. The goal of this senior experience project was to produce a business plan that includes recommendations for degree and certificate programs needed in the future to best support the educational needs of adult learners. To accomplish this, the team conducted both secondary and primary research. This research included and was not limited to an analysis of the region’s business communities, population, trends, and of other educational institutions in the service area. Key findings and recommendations focused on hospitality and tourism, HR certifications, and expansion of the teaching credential program and nursing.
