Project summary: The team created a successful recruitment strategy and campaign for Dream Big Promotions. Although the main focus was recruiting Independent Sales Representatives, the team also developed a more efficient payment processes between the clients and the sales representatives. The team updated current social media platforms to better reach Dream Big Promotions target market.
