´ó·¢ Commencement Office
Project summary: The team's task was to learn about students’ understanding of the commencement process and ways the Commencement Office could improve communication. This was accomplished by conducting a survey of ´ó·¢ students, utilizing social media to promote the survey, and analyzing findings to produce material informational content such as an FAQ page, Newsletter template, and commencement timeline.
