Project summary: The sponsor wanted to use their financial and non-financial data to analyze current performance, forecast future performance, and make better financial decisions. The team extracted, manipulated, organized, and analyzed data. Ultimately, the team provided a segmented income statement, timeline reports, forecasting models, customized Excel templates, and findings on key performance indicators.
