Off-Campus Mental Health and Support Services
- (844-582-2111) is a free, confidential app for students 13-25 years sponsored by the
Dept of Healthcare Services in CA. You can talk with a "telecoach" (community health
worker, peer specialist, substance misuse counselor or behavioral health professional)
between 10am-10pm for 5 minutes up to 40 minutes, available in 19 different languages.
Their app also has helpful ways to monitor your moods, improve your mental health,
and connect you with helpful local resources. No insurance, no session limits, no
fees.
