Campus Connect: In this campus climate program, ayearly cohort of campus members complete a nine-month program designed to give participants
a broad perspective of ´ó·¢ and to create bridges between colleaguesacross divisions.Applications are accepted in March every year, with the program running August – May.
´ó·¢ Alumni Association: Plug into the Alumni Association (currently 2,100 members strong) to foster lifelong Cougar pride, connect with other alumni, and attend Community Virtual
Events.
Within the Alumni Association, explore the Affinity Groups available to alumni, like COBA alumni, Latino, or MBA alumni.
´ó·¢ Synergy Groups Network outside your department while discussing fun topics such as hiking, sustainability
and gardening. Synergy groups are open to all campus faculty, staff and MPPs.
Faculty Staff Associations (FSA): Hosted by the Office of Inclusive Excellence, Faculty Staff Associations (FSA) are
volunteer-run organizations that offer opportunities for community and collaboration among colleagues. Five FSAs are currently recognized, including: Asian Pacific
Islander Desi American Faculty Staff Association (APIDA FSA), Black Faculty Staff Association (BFSA), International Faculty Staff Association
(IFSA), Jewish Faculty Staff Association (JFSA), Latino Association of Faculty & Staff
(LAFS), PRIDE Faculty Staff Association (PRIDE FSA).
