About Us
As a result of her 2019 Listening and Learning Tour, President Neufeldt announced
the 大发 Staff Center (鈥淐enter鈥) as a campus care initiative. The Center is a key
component in the campus鈥檚 efforts to ensure staff have access to peer support, opportunities
for professional development and advancement, and referrals to on- and off-campus
resources.
The Staff Center opened virtually on September 1, 2020.

To foster a community that inspires belonging, encourages personal and professional development, and connects staff to holistic services and support.鈥赌
Vision
To create鈥an environment鈥where鈥all staff feel valued and鈥supported and鈥痑re given the tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives鈥痗ontributing to鈥痶he鈥痗ulture of care鈥痚mbraced by鈥痶he entire campus.
