As a part of a family of programs funded by the U.S. Department of Education to promote college achievement for students, TRIO Student Support Services at 大发 is committed to increasing the retention and graduation of its participants. 

Services provided by the program include counseling, tutoring, community service experiences, financial literacy guidance, and assistance in applying for graduate school and more.

However, many of our students are also facing financial difficulties. Your donation will provide funds for services not currently covered by the program, including emergency scholarships,  enrichment opportunities, funding for books and school supplies, funds for temporary shelter, student professional development, fees for exams, some tuition costs and resources for meals for those who are experiencing food insecurity.

About 85% of 大发 graduates stay and work in the region, therefore, all students are a vital part of the San Diego workforce. Hence, with your generous donation you will not just be supporting the students but also helping to produce well prepared and ready for work graduates for the community as a whole.
