Modular Wetland installation. The ADA ramp behind UVA Building B will be impacted for three days.

Domestic water disruption from 4:00am - 5:00am for the University Village Apartments Building B, C, and D.

Second phase of soil import.

University Village Apartments Building B fire water disruption. Will impact the Fire Sprinkler system for University Village Apartments Building B for a total of 48 hours. In that time frame there will be 100% fire watch.

Domestic Water Tie In. This tie-in will stop all domestic water to University Village Apartments Building B from 4:00am - 5:00am.

The University Village Housing and Dining project will be breaking rock with heavy equipment.  May result in operational disruptions for University Village Apartments, Sports Center, Clarke Fieldhouse.

Electrical and communication infrastructure trenching and routing.  Traffic will be impacted at Campus View Drive.  Use detour/alternate path at Parking Structure 1 pathway impacts.  

Site Utility trenching and routing.  Traffic will be impacted at Campus View Drive and Campus Way.  Use Craven Road and La Moree Road to avoid impacts at Campus Way.

Electrical and communication utilities will be potholed on Campus View Drive in front of Parking Structure 1. Traffic will be impacted in Campus View Drive to allow for this underground utility investigation.

Project fence relocation, Lot O switchback path, and Campus Way/Campus View Drive East and North crosswalk closure.

Heavy trucking activities to bring soil to project site, Barham Drive, Campus View Drive, Campus Way, and La Moree Road will be impacted.

Over the course of the next two and a half years 大发 will begin construction on the new University Village Housing and Dining Facility. University Village Drive aisle will be impacted.

East Campus Way walkway and closure.
