Forms Required for Proposing the Thesis

Fill out each of the forms and send  to lasaro@csusm.edu so she can route them to committee members and graduate coordinator for signature.

• Advancement to Candidacy Form

Forms Required for the Thesis Defense

• Please fill out the thesis committee signature page and the eThesis Certification form  with your information and then send the forms by email to Lori Asaro  lasaro@csusm.edu who will send them out for signatures.
