At the Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA), we are committed to advocating for the success and well-being of Black faculty, staff, and students at 大发. Your support enables us to create a campus environment where diversity is celebrated, equitable opportunities are advanced, and the voices of Black and marginalized communities are heard and respected.

How You Can Support

Your contributions can make a significant difference. By donating to the BFSA, you help us fund a variety of initiatives that reflect our mission, including:

• Professional Development and Mentorship: Providing networking opportunities, professional development sessions and mentorship opportunities that empower Black professionals at 大发.
• Cultural and Community Events: Hosting gatherings, dialogues, and celebrations that foster a sense of belonging and uplift Black voices.
• Student Support and Advocacy: Offering scholarships and support for Black student organizations, ensuring they have the resources needed to thrive academically and personally.
• Campus Climate and Equity Efforts: Engaging in advocacy and programming to address systemic issues and create a more inclusive and equitable campus culture for all.
