Become a Member of BFSA

Membership to BFSA is not limited to Black-identifying individuals, but rather is open to all California State University San Marcos employees who support the spirit and intent of the association's mission statement. 

• All members are encouraged to take a proactive role in the association by attending regular meetings and events and through the generous sharing of their expertise
• Membership Dues are $25.00 per academic year
• Dues cover membership from July 1 to June 30
  

Paying Your Dues/Renewing Your Commitment to BFSA!

You can pay your membership

1. 1. Select BFSA
   2. Enter an amount ($25 for full membership or $10 for Friends of BFSA membership)
   3. Review your basket and check out
   4. Enter your name and reason for payment (Membership, Donation, Friends of FSA, etc.)
   5. Enter your form of payment
   6. Review and confirm the information and click "Submit Payment"

Friend of BFSA

Individuals from the university and surrounding community who align with the mission and values of the Black Faculty and Staff Association but prefer not to pursue full membership are welcome and encouraged to become a "Friend of BFSA." By contributing a minimum of $10.00 per fiscal year, these supporters can enjoy the benefits of affiliation - able to attend monthly BFSA meetings, general events, and our specially-curated "Signature Events".
