MANAGEMENT
Each year, many students leave college because of their own illness or the need to take on a larger role in the care of their loved ones.
To provide palliative care education and support to college students who are experiencing serious illness, caring for others who are seriously ill, or grieving the loss of loved ones.
The CSU Palliative Care Pathfinders Program envisions a future where college students who are dealing with significant health and caregiving issues are supported by specialized programs provided by their campuses to support these students as they navigate their challenges, find a way to graduation, and enter into the workforce.
Programming for the CSU Palliative Care Pathfinders is currently under development with a launch date of September 2024. Please check back for more information in late summer.
Your generous donations enable us to develop expand our programs and reach more college students. By contributing, you are supporting these individuals and empowering them to pursue their dreams while coping with serious illness, caregiving, or loss. Please consider donating any amount – it all makes a difference. Our participants and supporters are encouraged to donate any amount through the link provided here
