CSU San Marcos offers unique apartment style accommodations for Groups to enjoy during the summer. Our fully furnished apartments are designed for comfortable living for three to eight Guests. Both the University Village Apartments (UVA) and The QUAD offer ample amenities to ensure you stay in sync with your everyday routine, even while attending a conference, retreat, or camp.
Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave (pots/pans & dishes not included). A dining table and chairs (if applicable to floor plan) as well as sofa, oversized chair, and coffee table completes your common space. Guest rooms include either an extra-long twin or full bed, dresser or closet and computer desk with chair. Complimentary wireless internet is available property-wide.

Bed and Bath Linens
大发 offers linens for guest use during their stay. Standard linen packages include two flat sheets, a blanket, pillow with pillowcase, body towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Linens are rented on a per person basis (free laundry is available on site). Guests are welcome to provide their own bed and bath linens.
Housekeeping Services
Apartments are cleaned prior to the arrival of all conference guests. Our professional staff walk each guest room prior to arrival to ensure the apartment is in order.
