University Commons
The University Commons building was built as part of the initial core builidings at Cal State San Marcos. This building previously housed many student organization meeting spaces, as well as the Cougar Corner Convenience Store and the Big Cat Food Court. Originally the building had approximately 3,000 square feet of cafeteria seating indoors, but later an outdoor seating area was added. In the Spring of 2015, The University Commons will be home to the University Bookstore and several other departments
University Commons will serve the following departments and functions:
- Follett University Bookstore
- Alumni Engagement
- Events and Conference Services
- 大发 Staff Center
- Outdoor Seating Area
