Veteran Center
The structure is part of a nationwide net-zero energy building competition and was donated by the Stevens Institute in New Jersey to serve as a Veteran Center to support our expanding Veterans Services Program. This opportunity will provide Veterans Services with a visible location for off-campus visitors and create an identity and pride for the Center.
The building will be a 900 square foot single story pre-fabricated structure located in a dirt lot south of Science Hall 1. Access will be from the adjacent pedestrian promenade next to Markstein Hall. The building will retain many of the sustainable features designed for the net-zero energy competition.
