Submit Immunization Records

All NEW students entering大发 for the first time will berequired to have the following: immunizations or show proof ofimmunity to these diseases:Measles, Mumps and Rubella(MMR). Students who are 18 yearsof age and under need to submitproof of immunization or showproof of immunity to Hepatitis B.
