Program Overview

The Fully Employed MBA program is designed for working professionals, offering a hybrid online format that provides the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. The program consists of five consecutive terms and is designed for completion within 18 months, beginning every Summer.

In the first year, students take two courses in the Summer, three in the Fall, and three in the Spring. The second year includes two Summer courses, followed by an intensive final Fall term with five courses. Coursework involves strategic management coursework, workshops, networking opportunities, and a master鈥檚 project, equipping students with practical skills and professional connections.

Our AACSB-accredited College of Business Administration places us among the top 5% of business schools globally, ensuring a high-quality education that enhances career opportunities. Graduates leave the program with leadership skills, strategic expertise, and a strong professional network, preparing them for career advancement.

Tuition and fees follow CSU guidelines, with costs varying based on residency. While fees are subject to change, we remain committed to providing a valuable and accessible education.
