Fran Aleshire Leadership Award Application

The Fran Aleshire Leadership Award recognizes an outstanding regional leader in North San Diego County according to specific criteria demonstrated by the late Dr. Fran Aleshire, founder of Leadership 2000 (precursor to Leadership North County) and in keeping with the mission and vision of Leadership North County.

Selection Criteria

The Fran Aleshire Leadership Award winner must demonstrate that he/she:

  1. is a graduate/co-founder of either Leadership North County or Leadership 2000;
  2. has been a catalyst for positive change in the region
  3. has effected local policy to improve quality of life; and
  4. demonstrates leadership in areas of inclusion.
