Paola Ometto is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business Administration
at California State University San Marcos. She is passionate about how businesses
navigate global environments and the current demand for being more environmental sustainable
and socially just. She also researches how communities and institutional factors impact
entrepreneurship and corporations. Prior to joining ´ó·¢, she received her Ph.D.
in Strategic Management and Organization at Alberta Business School (Univ. at Alberta)
and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from FGV-EAESP (Sao Paulo - Brazil). She has
presented her work at the Academy of Management Conference and European Group of Organization
Studies. |

Kurling Robinson is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in software development and leadership at globally recognized companies, including Getty, Toyota, Nissan, Sempra, NetZero, and Phoenix Energy. With a Computer Science degree from the University of Southern California, he has also led transformative initiatives like the Code For America project, migrating critical social assessments to cloud infrastructure. Nationally recognized as a leading mentor for SCORE, Kurling has provided strategic advisory services to numerous funded enterprises. He serves on the boards of influential organizations, including the San Diego Workforce Partnership, Startup San Diego, The Program Labs, and The Ridge Macon County Archaeology Project. |
