The QUAD is campus-affiliated living for students attending 大发. This apartment-style community offers a variety of apartment styles and room options in a modern community conveniently located across the street from the new Extended Learning building in the heart of North City.

There is one fitness center located at The QUAD.
Includes: Elliptical, Treadmills, Weights, and Cycling
- Laundry Rooms
There are two laundry facilities at The QUAD.
Location: First floor, near Pavilion & Second floor, near Den
- Pool
There is one pool at The QUAD.
Includes: ADA Access, Sun Deck, Seating, and Fire pit
Near: Fitness Center, BBQ Grills

Parcel Pending
The QUAD utilizes Parcel Pending as our package management system. All QUAD residents will be required to sign up for Parcel Pending if they plan to receive mail at the QUAD.
