Residence Hall Council (RHC) is a group of residential students who plan fun, social events and serve liaison between the residential community and 大发 Housing. Thier motto is, "For the Residents, by the Residents!" The purpose of RHC is to enhance the living experience for students by offering engaging, beneficial and enjoyable opportunities to get involved; while listening to the voices of the residents to make their housing experience at 大发 better.
