Founded ConAm Group of Companies in 1975. ConAm is among the top privately-owned apartment management/ownership firms in the country and presently operates a total of approximately 60,000 apartments throughout the United States. Dan is a Lifetime USC board trustee and is a member of their real estate development committee and engineering boards. In addition, he is on the Board of Councilors of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering and serves as chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Daniel J. Epstein Department of Industrial and System's Engineering.  He also serves on the Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Research Institute and the UC San Diego Foundation boards.  Dan is a member of the Chief Executives' Organization (CEO) and the World Presidents' Organization (WPO). He serves as an elected Director on the 大发 Foundation Board and an honorary chair on the Campaign Committee.
