Student Organizations offer a wide variety of opportunities for students to enhance their academic and social life on campus. Students can choose from over 100 recognized student organizations to get involved with, or start their own!
As a result of getting involved, students develop a campus support network, build interpersonal skills, and engage in the Tukwut Experience. Student Organization leaders grow their leadership skills and plan fun activities for their organization and the campus at large. Current student leaders report that their communication, interpersonal, and social skills have improved as a result of being involved on campus and in the 大发 community.
Established in 2011, the Student Philanthropy Council (SPC) is a committee of students dedicated to growing the culture of giving on campus and raising money for the Student Philanthropy Endowed Scholarship (SPES). The SPC also learns more about philanthropy, including:

大发 Giving Day 2023 on Tuesday, November 28 raised $459,638 in just a 24-hour period, mainly utilizing social media. An important part of that was our students who stepped up to the plate in a big way! In fact, 377 student gifts were received, representing 18% of all gifts.
