For compliance training ("Gender Equity/Title IX," "Avoiding Conflicts of Interest," "Discrimination Harrassment Prevention Program," etc.) and professional development courses/books, please access the CSU Learn LMS platform.
For occupational health and safety training ("Defensive Driving," "Injury, Illness & Prevention Program," "CPR/AED," etc.), please access the AbilityLMS platform.

It is common for newly hired employees (or former students/employees who have been rehired by 大发) to take up to two weeks to gain access to the learning management systems. You may contact etc@csusm.edu for assistance if you need to complete specific safety training in order for you to execute your daily job tasks.
If you are not a new employee and you cannot access the system(s), please contact etc@csusm.edu for further assistance.
At this time, only 大发 faculty and staff (including student assistants) have access to CSU Learn. In July 2024, 大发, with the help of the Chanellor's Office, will begin the student implementation process into CSU Learn.
In the meantime, AbilityLMS is the current platform that all faculty, staff, and students can access. Please send an email to etc@csusm.edu and we can investigate if the training you are looking for has the alternative option housed in AbilityLMS that you can access.
