Alliance San Diego

is a community empowerment organization that builds coalitions to promote justice and social change. Through several areas of focus, Alliance mobilizes communities to ensure that all San Diegans reach their full potential. This organization frequently hosts immigration-related presentations and workshops, including information on how to apply for DACA.

American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)

The works to defend and preserve individual rights and liberties. Oceanside Offices have very low cost legal consultations once a month. 

Border Angels

is a non-profit organization that advocates for human rights, humane immigration reform, and social justice with a special focus on issues related to the U.S.-Mexican border. Border Angels serves the immigrant community in San Diego through migrant outreach programs such as Day Laborer outreach and free legal assistance.

California Western School of Law

: This program has five clinics throughout San Diego County that provide free legal information to low income individuals in a variety of practice areas. They also provide workshops and presentations with consultations following the workshops and presentations. 

Immigration Law Help

: This website acts as a database with names to services that are free or low-cost to undocumented immigrants. In the case that one requires a lawyer, this service allows you to find one. You are able to check by state and even search by detention facility.

Immigration Lawyer Search

: This site is a search engine where you can locate immigration lawyers near your area. The page provides both English/Spanish options.

Jewish Family Services of San Diego

: DACA renewal assistance. This includes legal and financial scholarships. They will help with the application process and cover the fees associated with the application. Call to set an appointment: (858) 637-3245 

Legal Aid Society of San Diego

 offers legal assistance for permanent residents related to immigration, bankruptcy, debt/credit, and housing. Accepting of domestic violence victims, farm workers, human trafficking survivors, people with criminal histories, LGBTQ, and immigrants. 

National Immigration Law Center

: This national organization is dedicated to defending and advancing the rights of low-income immigrants. On their website, NILC features a number of immigration-related reports and resources, including information on in-state tuition benefits and state financial aid for undocumented students.

North County Immigration and Citizenship Center

: Assistance filing USCIS forms, DACA renewals, family-based petitions, naturalization/citizenship, and T-visas. They also provide citizenship/civics and english as a secondary language classes. 

North County Immigration Task Force

: This task force is composed of advocates and community members who are interested in the well being of the immigrant community. They host frequent meetings, presentations, and workshops.

San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program

: This private, non-profit organization provides pro bono civil legal case services to individuals who meet low-income requirements. 

Unitarian Universalist Refugee & Immigrant Services & Education (UURISE)

offers low cost immigration legal services. Does not take on deportation cases. Will conduct workshops for community organizations and schools. This organization is dedicated to empower immigrants and refugees by providing direct legal services. UURISE offers assistance with naturalization applications, DACA, legal counseling and representation, and more.

United We Dream

(UWD) is an immigrant youth-led national organization. They provide information and resources regarding DACA, know your rights, deportation defense, health, and much more.
