Apply for VA Educational Benefits
- Apply initially for educational benefits by completing the online application using
and selecting Education Benefits Form 22-1990. Please follow all necessary instructions
for the application in order to avoid any delay of the processing; VA processing time
is 6 - 8 weeks.

- Online application submission is currently unavailable for REAP (Chapter 1607) participants.
