Kathy Rubesha named 2004 Alumna of the Year at Graduation Reception
The history department's 2004 Alumna of the Year, Kathy Rubesha, is a distinguished advocate of the arts in North County.
Ms. Rubesha, a 2000 graduate of Cal State San Marcos, was honored at the 2004 reception for history graduates.
Ms. Rubesha is a graphic artist and businesswoman and has been president of the Escondido Arts Partnership, president of the Downtown Business Association of Escondido, and chair of this year's First Night Escondido event, as well as holding many other community leadership positions.
